Job Summary
General law clerk duties include, but are not limited to the following:
•Assist attorneys with legal matters, and related clerical work.
•conduct research and draft legal memoranda (strong research skills are a plus),
•assist with drafting pleadings & discovery documents,
•file documents with various district, circuit, probate, & federal courts,
•organize & update client files.
•assist with general office tasks.
Qualifications
Required education:
•Bachelor's Degree
•Applicants must be currently enrolled and attending law school or a recent graduate of law school awaiting Bar passage.
