Responsible for end-user support, routine maintenance, and infrastructure support for multiple facilities. Must be customer focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of personnel.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Training staff in new hardware installations of phones, PC’s
- Using IT Support Request system to document, prioritize, and track requests.
- Installing/configuring new computers/VOIP telephones/network switches/printers
- Repairing/upgrading PC hardware and software
- Troubleshooting printers/scanners/copiers/network switches/network cabling/servers/phones
- Maintaining inventory of all IT equipment and supplies (cables, adapters, etc.)
- Must be available to occasionally work off times for server upgrades.
- Maintain/troubleshoot daily operation of backup systems.
- Provide support and maintenance of video conferencing equipment/conference room technologies
- Perform server administrative functions for Remote Access/User Accounts and Profiles/File services
- Building and installing cables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with: Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Terminal Server administration, Active Directory
- Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex problems
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of personnel.
- Must be able to be on-call when needed
