Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the vehicles we sell. Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership policies, products and procedures. Learn and constantly understand manufacturer incentives and programs. Test drive vehicles with customers. Work with sales managers and customers throughout the car buying and negotiation process. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the dealership. Maintain a professional appearance and possess a valid driver’s license.
Applicant must have a good attitude with high energy throughout the workday. Wired to be outgoing and friendly with quality customer service skills and good communication skills. Proficient in basic business math including calculating percentages. Must maintain good customer scores from post sales surveys.
