KMG Prestige, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Encore Townhomes, located in Utica, MI. Our goal is to continue to be the most sought after community in the area. Our team members must be high energy, flexible and able to work in a fast pace ever changing environment, always providing the highest level of customer service to our residents. Candidates should be skilled in maintenance and repair; including plumbing, electrical, drywall and appliance repair and maintaining property grounds. Interior painting experience is preferred. Rotating on call hours are required.
Preferred candidates will be subject to a skills assessment test a prior to hiring.
