Banquet Manager – West Branch, LumberJack Restaurant – Seeking individual to act as a liaison between sales department, kitchen and guests. Responsible to train, schedule and oversee all banquet staff as well as fill in for other positions when necessary. Able to meet with potential clients and show the property, meet and greet event contact and follow up with satisfaction reports and provide event recaps to GM. Multi-tasking and leadership skills required. Food production and culinary experience a plus. Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
