The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

Requires one of the following:
-
High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of technical training, apprenticeship, trade school, military technical school, or on the job training specifically relating to quality and six (6) years of quality related experience

Associate’s degree and four (4) years of quality related experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or similar field and two (2) years of quality related experience
-
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
-
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to review, analyze, and interpret data, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis
-
Able to calculate, analyze, and interpret mathematical and statistical information such as ratios, median, mean, weighted average, etc.

Ability to maintain confidentiality
-
Demonstrated mastery in quality processes and procedures
-
Extensive analytical experience including investigating issues, recognizing trends, and recommending solutions to non-routine complex quality issues
-
Familiar with British Retail Consortium (BRC) or similar quality / product safety certification requirements
-
Experience using various statistical and quality methodologies including any of the following; Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Quality Control (SQC), 5S, 8D, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis, or Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R)

Understand production processes, quality control, and other business related issues that can impact product quality

Ability to successfully prioritize, and organize projects, deadlines, and tasks with little supervision in both team and independent environments

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestic and international
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
