ABOUT US:
We are a property management company that provides luxury residential and corporate housing in the suburban Metro Detroit area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Removes trash and debris from property grounds and common areas on a daily basis
- Empties trash cans and sweeps areas around the dumpsters and other areas
- Weeds flowerbeds and other areas, trims hedges, and completes minor landscaping projects
- Performs pool maintenance
- Performs minor maintenance, including changing light bulbs
- Assists with moving and installing appliances
- Reports property maintenance issues and concerns identified while performing duties
- Removes snow and spreads salt
- Performs other duties as assigned
CORE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to engage in snow removal and salting
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have reliable transportation while employed
- Must have and maintain a valid Michigan driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel to all sites within the portfolio and other locations
