Requirements:

Associates degree in business, management or other related field is preferred.

A minimum of 1-2 years of business, management, training or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is preferred.

Solid knowledge of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system policies, procedures, and industry standards/regulations

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Demonstrated ability to lead by example to support, motivate, develop and direct people

Ability to assess the performance of franchises to help owners make change and/or continuous improvement or take corrective action

Positive, outgoing personality who promotes teamwork and collaboration

Excellent presentation skills

Working Conditions:
Work is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards however, occasionally lifting of up to 100 pounds may be necessary. Travel is required to support franchises.
