Description:
Family Health Care in Baldwin is looking for a full-time Maintenance Associate to join our progressive organization. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining grounds, basic carpentry and carpentry clean up skills, assembly of office furniture, and other building maintenance as needed, including moving of furniture. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. EOE.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate would be:
- self-motivated
- organized
- time oriented
- willing to travel between locations when needed
- willing to use own tools in rare instances
- some experience in hauling a trailer
- experience in building maintenance
