The Human Resources BP will utilize creative problem-solving skills to drive efficiency in programs and processes needed to fuel the strategy and growth of the business through its people.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as HR Business Partner to Global teams.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to assess recruiting needs, update and enter hiring information into ATS and HRIS. Assist in the development of viable talent pipelines into the organization and drive college relations activities for Co-op & Intern recruiting.
Function as a trusted advisor to management on issues which impact engagement & organizational effectiveness including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, change management, succession planning, and other HR related matters.
Support performance management process for their client teams and ensure employees are trained on the processes & systems. Work with management to facilitate goal setting and ensure that appropriate development plans are in place to support employee growth through our OCTR process.
Work with management team to help define job profiles, job descriptions, and functional alignment of new roles. Ensure internal & external equity across managers and functions.
Support and coach client managers on performance management, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, policy guidelines, and other employee relations matters.
Conduct exit interviews, evaluate turnover, and develop retention programs.
Support and facilitate functional succession planning and ensure the integration of succession planning into performance management and staffing decisions.
Support HR projects as assigned to implement and/or improve existing processes in support of the organization's strategy to ensure a continuous improvement.
Participates in regularly scheduled management team meetings and provides updates at each meeting on HR related topics.
Assist in building a high-performance culture and establishing an "employer of choice" approach in all people-related initiatives.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience:
Typically a BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
Demonstrates knowledge of organizations business practices and issues.
Typically, 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key as presented above.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively and efficiently execute within a matrix organization.
Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
