What You'll Do:
The Brand Finance Analyst II will be responsible for the following: (a) supporting the day-to-day operations of the brand to achieve financial metrics; attain sales and share objectives; maximize per unit margin performance, and; identify media spend effectiveness; (b) assembling relevant financial information for all-new or significantly redesigned products; (c) presenting findings to brand and finance executive management teams in conjunction with the Job #1 Pricing Approval process; (d) preparing business cases to evaluate the impact of brand-originated product proposals on mix, volume and profitability; (e) developing financial material as needed to support Commercial Committee presentations; (f) conducting special studies to investigate the relationships between sales and marketing key performance indicators; (g) serving as a liaison between the brand and the greater finance community.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; if no Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned, must have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience or a Master's with seven (4) years' experience with substantial exposure/experience in Platform Finance and/or Sales & Marketing Finance
Preferred Qualifications:
•MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
•Platform Finance or Pricing experience
•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and ESSBASE
•Work well on broad based and diverse teams, both as a team member and team lead
•Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments
•Results-oriented: possess the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure results
•Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
