The Dematic Talent Management team is responsible for implementing an integrated talent strategy and eco-system to allow Dematic to build the talent, skills, performance and ultimately capabilities that drives profitable and sustainable growth.
Reporting to the regional HR leader and directly connected to the talent COE, the Talent Partner is responsible for the full lifecycle management of talent management solutions covering one or more sectors at a regional level.

Works with global internal resources and business leaders to align and coordinate the delivery of talent programs for the region.
Works with internal partners to ensure the successful delivery of global and regional talent processes e.g., OCTR (our performance management process).
Curates content from internal and external sources into learning paths aligned with jobs and/or skills and capabilities to enhance individual competences and ultimately organizational capability.
Monitors and manages talent program metrics, and measurements for assigned programs.
Analyzes and develops the overall regional talent portfolio in alignment with strategic people development and business goals.
Drives collaboration across the key stakeholder communities to identify and define talent gaps.
Leads communication and change management of talent offerings across single or multiple divisions and the wider HR community in the region.
Drives innovation when applying professional talent principles, concepts, theories, and technologies to a wide range of talent solutions to ensure program applicability, effectiveness and scalability.
Partner with Communications, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards and Mobility, and other key stakeholders to support and drive our global employee experience strategy in the region.
Support implementation of DEI strategy, programs, and tactics by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion awareness across Dematic to achieve desired DEI outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders on leadership development projects and initiatives to recommend solutions that align to business priorities.
Tasks and Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related training field
5 years of professional experience in either learning, leadership development, DEI and performance management, or talent management. Experience across these fields are preferred.
Demonstrated understanding and application of talent management practices.
Experience delivering talent solutions for large scale implementations.
Experience working with a distributed workforce in project environment or related industry.
Proven track record of developing, implementing, and executing a broad portfolio of talent management solutions across multiple disciplines.
Excellent tactical and operational, interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills across diverse businesses, cultures, and levels of leadership
Ability to effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries globally and work in a cross-functional team environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a Center of Excellence (COE) and partner closely with HR Business partners and business line managers on delivering solutions to complex talent needs.
Working knowledge of various technology platforms and digital talent solutions and comfortableness with how to leverage technology to drive talent success.
