YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE 11 PM - 9 AM FOR THIS ROLE, YOU CAN BE WORKED BETWEEN 4 HOURS 7 8.5 HOURS PER SHIFT, 2-5 DAYS PER WEEK AND CAN CONSISTENTLY EXPECT 12-28 HOURS PER WEEK IN THIS ROLE.
You will need to work the first 3 weeks during the day to train with the Drug GM Department manager, get 2 e-Commerce (Kroger Pick Up) training shifts, 1 Cashier training shifts, 4 Price Tag Change training shifts. At that point, on the 4th week, you would tranistion to Overnights from there to work the trucks, Backstock & condition the department.
You will provide EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service to Every Customer, Every Time, Every Day as well as live our company Values & by our Customer Service model. You will perform daily required Department tasks. Previous experience is preferred but training can & will be provided to the right Candidate!
The starting rate of pay is $11.00 per hour; though this job once you begin working the Overnight hours is included in the roles that would get the Overnight Shift Premium of $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 11 pm - 6 am. As long as more than half of your shift is during that time frame, you get paid the Premium for the whole shift.
