QUALIFICATIONS: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D. MINIMUM 1 YEAR WORKING IN THE FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT AND A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PROVEN BUSINESS-SETTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. COMPUTER EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE, INFOGENISIS, ACCOUNTING AND INVENTORY SOFTWARE. MUST MAINTAIN STRICT CUSTOMER, CO-WORKER AND COMPANY CONFIDENTIALITY.
DUTIES;
*COORDINATE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT BY MAINTAINING INVENTORY CONTROL AND TRACKING INVOICE DEPARTMENTAL CHARGES, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AND TARDY POLICIES WHILE ENSURING THE TOTAL ISLAND EXPERIENCE.
* PROCESS AND VERIFY DAILY & WEEKLY TIME AND TIP SHEETS. MONITOR AND CORRECT ANY PAYROLL DISCREPANCIES.
* PROCESS AND REVIEW DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AND TARDINESS AND REVIEW EVALUTATIONS TO ENSURE ACCURACY.
* PROCESS AND CODE INVOICES INTERNALLY FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS.
* PERFORM ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES SUCH AS PROOFREADING, TYPING, WORKING WITH PAY RECORDS, INVOICES, ACCOUNTING REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
*OTHER RELATED DUTIES ASSIGNED OR REQUESTED BY FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR, FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGERS(S), EXECUTIVE CHEF(S), PASTRY CHEF AND FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR(S).
