DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:
* Support the strategy, design, and development of health care and wellbeing programs for hourly and salaried U.S. active employees and salaried retired employees
* Lead business owner for multiple health plans; responsibilities include: work with health plans to identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiencies, monitor performance metrics, facilitate implementation meetings and manage required application control reviews
* Develop legally required documents, e.g., Plan Documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, Summary of Benefits and Coverage, etc.
* Lead and/or assist with benefit change implementations in project management role
* Lead and/or assist with Request for Proposals
* Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations to cross-functional teams related to benefits and wellbeing programs, strategy, and/or recommendations
* Lead and/or participate on large, complex projects as assigned on the health and welfare benefits team
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and superior problem solving skills
* Demonstrated project management, change management, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
* Experience with employer sponsored benefit programs
* Team player with proven track record working with and/or leading cross-functional teams
* Self-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects at the same time and meet aggressive deadlines
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocol related to sensitive information
