DESCRIPTION:      

• Prepare and Perform EMC Testing on Automotive Lighting Products
• Organize and Document EMC Test Results Into Final Customer Reports
• Support and Maintain EMC Laboratory Quality System Continually Improvement

Participate and Develop within EMC Mentorship Program for Career Development

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform EMC Testing as per Customer (OEM) and Regulatory Requirements
• Support for Off-site External EMC testing Activities
• Prepare Validation EMC Plan for Electrical and EMC Tests
• Support Electrical Engineers with EMC Test Plan Development
• Support Laboratory Quality System under ISO17025;2005
• Maintain EMC Lab Scheduling for Upcoming Programs
• Communicate with Program Managers Relating to EMC Testing and Results
• Suggest improvements for EMC Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Enhancement
• Review and Evaluation of Electrical Circuits for EM Compliance
• Analyzing, Debugging and Measurement of Electronic Circuits
• Exhibit Desire/Drive to Participate in EMC Mentorship for Career Development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and/or Equivalent Work Experience in Electronics Industry

Experience:

• Minimum of 0-2 years of Experience in EMC Testing Related to Automotive Designs (preferred)
• Experience in LED/Analog Circuit Application for Rear Lamps and Headlamps (preferred)
• Experience in Software used for EMC Testing (preferred)

Skills:

• EMC Laboratory Testing and Measurements
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Craftsmanship skills (e.g. Soldering of Electrical Samples, Harness/loadbox Fabrication)
