Clerical duties include but are not limited to:
- checking emails
- checking voice mails
- submit any new business and any received requirements to carriers
- check for Daily Production Reports on NAA website
- update New Business Reports with the info from Daily Production Report
- check on all carriers websites for pending requirements
- notify Agents of pending requirements
- call through and update the new agent list contacting those we have fastracted, enrolled in licensing, and that are working on getting contracted
- check Issue Paid Report and make sure everything is showing
- using warm and friendly personality to engage customers and potential customers
