Job Details

Successful candidate will be able to perform all functions required to run a small but fast paced  insurance office.

Duties include but are not limited to the following :

• Customize insurance plans to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.

• Answering requests from new or existing customers, gather pertinent information and resolve any situations

• Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies

• Prepare and file claims including follow up

• Take customer payments and follow up on late payments

• Be willing to perform general clerical tasks including computer skills

• The right candidate needs to possess the following traits: Punctual, Trustworthy, Customer Service, Multi-tasker, Detail Oriented and Self motivated.
