1. Pursuing a degree and/or certification in a drafting or related field
2. Two years related experience.
3. Experience with AutoCad, SolidWorks or similar drawing software.
4. Functional use of Windows-based applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
5. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints and specifications.
6. Basic knowledge of industrial casework constructions methods and materials.
7. Proficient in general math and geometry, including metric dimensions.
8. Strong focus on quality and accuracy of drawings produced; pays attention to details.
9. Good time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
10. Good communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written and e-mail communication.
11. Good attendance, reliability and work performance records.
12. Ability to work extra hours as projects or Team requires.
