As a Collections Material coordinator with the American Red Cross your work will ensure that Collections staff in Flint, MI and the surrounding areas have the supplies they need for blood collection in our mobile and fixed sites.
Collections Material Coordinator - ResponsibilitiesAcquire, maintain and distribute supplies and equipment used in blood collection operations.Maintain and perform quality control on equipment and supplies including rotating inventory and assuring supplies are stored and distributed appropriatelyFill order requisitions from mobile and fixed sites, maintaining appropriate stock levels and order supplies as needed.Interact in a positive, proactive, and customer-focused manner with both internal and external customers, demonstrating care and compassion at all times
