Pay Rate: $44.54/hour
Schedule: Fully Onsite | Shift and weekend flexibility required

We are seeking an experienced Master Clay Modeler to support aerodynamic testing and prototype development in a fast-paced engineering environment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong clay modeling, fabrication, CNC, and rapid prototyping experience who enjoy hands-on, precision-driven work.
Job Duties
Perform precision clay modeling and A-surface sculpting
Fabricate and modify prototype components using clay, foam, metal, and composite materials
Operate CNC milling equipment and support rapid prototyping processes
Prepare, assemble, and finish 3D-printed components
Utilize digital scanning technology to verify model accuracy
Interpret CAD data, engineering changes, and technical specifications
Support testing activities, including model updates during active test sessions
Maintain strict safety, quality, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification
5+ years of automotive clay modeling and surface development experience
Experience with CNC equipment, rapid prototyping, and digital scanning technologies
Ability to read CAD files and engineering documentation
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Professional clay modeling tools required
