About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Global Head of Technology & Product to define and lead GP Strategies' technology and product vision.
Reporting to the Chief People & Technology Officer, this is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for Product Management, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Support Services globally.
You will shape how we bring together technology, AI, product innovation, and client needs to create scalable solutions that drive growth, improve client outcomes, and strengthen our market position.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, technology, and commercial execution. You'll work closely with leaders across Innovation, Growth, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, set priorities, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for both our clients and our business.
What You'll Be Doing
Technology & Product Strategy
Define and communicate a clear vision for GP Strategies' technology and product portfolio.
Develop and own a global roadmap aligned to client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
Drive decisions on when to build, buy, partner, or integrate technology solutions.
Product & Portfolio Leadership
Lead the development of technology-enabled products and services that support business growth.
Prioritize initiatives based on client impact, commercial value, strategic fit, and delivery feasibility.
Establish portfolio governance and investment frameworks that support sustainable growth.
AI & Emerging Technology
Shape GP Strategies' approach to AI-enabled products, services, and internal capabilities.
Identify opportunities where automation, data, and AI can improve efficiency, client outcomes, and competitive differentiation.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead global teams across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Support Services.
Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive successful delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives.
Commercial Impact
Work closely with Growth, Sales, and Operations leaders to develop technology-enabled solutions that create competitive advantage.
Support proposition development, client engagement, and revenue growth through technology innovation.
Measure success through business outcomes, client value, adoption, and commercial performance.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a strategic technology and product leader who combines commercial thinking with a strong understanding of how technology can solve business challenges.
You'll bring:
Significant leadership experience in Product, Technology, Engineering, Digital, or Innovation functions.
Experience leading global teams and operating in complex matrix organizations.
A successful track record of developing and scaling technology-enabled products, platforms, or services.
Experience translating market opportunities and customer needs into clear product and technology strategies.
Strong understanding of AI, SaaS platforms, enterprise technology, and digital transformation.
Commercial acumen and experience influencing growth, revenue, or investment decisions.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
