Product Analyst (Supply Chain Systems)
Location: Allen Park, MI (Onsite)
Pay: $46.06+/hour
Are you a supply chain professional with purchasing experience and a talent for managing change? We are seeking a Product Analyst to support a major enterprise procurement and ERP transformation initiative. This role bridges business operations and technology by helping supply chain teams, buyers, and suppliers successfully navigate system and process changes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business cutover and readiness plans for supply chain and procurement operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Learning & Development to support successful system launches.
Evaluate the business impact of ERP and procurement system changes and translate technical concepts into practical guidance for end users.
Create communications, FAQs, training materials, job aids, and readiness updates for buyers, suppliers, and leadership teams.
Participate in system testing, launch readiness activities, mock cutovers, and go-live support.
Track risks, issues, adoption metrics, and readiness indicators while providing recommendations to leadership.
Support post-launch activities, including user support and issue resolution during hypercare.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of supply chain experience with hands-on purchasing or buyer experience.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, business readiness, change management, or system transitions.
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, procurement systems, process improvement, AI, or automation is preferred.
