General Motors seeks a Software Engineer in Warren, MI.

Duties: Deliver content into mainline software using GIT. Extract copy and text strings from specifications, Axure, and Sketch files using automated tools. Support Translation Memory tool development. Create specifications for localization guidelines. Establish specifications for changes to Translation Memory and Strings Management System. Conduct design reviews with User Interface Design to prevent any localization issues. Identify root cause defects in error tracking systems. Work with external development teams, suppliers, and third-party translation houses. Perform quality analysis on translated strings using translation quality assurance tools. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.
