ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven, curious, and resilient Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales Team. This is not a holding pattern role; it is the first chapter of a clearly defined career in sales.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified meetings through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You will work closely with your field sales counterparts to hand off those meetings, ensuring every introduction is well-briefed, timely, and set up to convert.
This role is also the foundation of your sales career. The skills, commercial instincts, and client relationships you build here are what will prepare you for promotion to Business Development Manager within 6 to 12 months, where you will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.
This role is built on two foundations. First, execution: showing up, doing the work, and consistently delivering output. Second, growth: developing the judgment, curiosity, and persuasion skills that turn a good SDR into a great closer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pipeline generation
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other tools to identify and engage potential clients
Qualify inbound leads using a structured framework, assessing fit, urgency, and decision-making authority
Book qualified meetings and hand them off to a BDM with a thorough, well-prepared brief
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets
Client engagement
Research target accounts before outreach, understand their business, hiring challenges, and the commercial impact of those challenges
Ask enough of the right questions during outreach to qualify the opportunity and set your BDM up for a strong first conversation
Handle common objections confidently and credibly, influencing rather than scripting your way through conversations
Follow up on the outcomes of your handoffs, stay curious about what happens after the meeting is booked and use it to sharpen your approach
Collaboration
Work closely with your BDM counterparts, providing thorough meeting briefs and acting as a reliable first point of contact for new prospects
Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date, logging all activity and tracking pipeline stages
Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and team huddles, rapidly applying feedback to improve your approach
Contribute to a culture of high activity, honest feedback, and shared accountability
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We hire for two things: the ability to execute today, and the potential to grow into a future closer. You do not need to have worked in staffing before. You do need to be the kind of person who finds a way to get things done.
Execution - you deliver consistent output and pipeline
Grit / Resilience
You sustain performance through rejection. A tough week doesn't derail you - it sharpens your focus.
Activity Capacity
You are comfortable with high-volume outreach and bring structure and energy to every day.
Work Ethic / Discipline
You manage your own time, set your own targets, and don't need close supervision to stay on track.
Coachability
You take feedback fast and apply it faster. You see coaching as a competitive advantage, not a criticism.
Growth - you have the potential to become a future BDM
Business Acumen
You connect hiring challenges to business impact. You ask why, not just what.
Discovery Depth
You ask the question behind the question. You don't surface needs - you uncover them.
Ownership Mindset
You think beyond the meeting. You care about outcomes, not just activity.
Deal Curiosity
You want to know what happens after the handoff. You use those lessons to get better.
Persuasion Skills
You influence rather than script. You adapt to the person in front of you.
Internal Selling
You collaborate well. You know that winning externally starts with alignment internally.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required
A genuine interest in sales and a clear desire to build a career as a closer
Strong verbal and written communication skills, you can hold a conversation and write a compelling email
A track record of hitting targets or goals in any context: work, academics, sport, or otherwise
The ability to handle rejection and keep going without losing energy or professionalism
Comfort with technology, CRM tools, LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms
Nice to have
Prior experience in a sales, customer-facing, or high-volume outreach role
Exposure to the staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry
Experience using Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
A degree in business, communications, or a related field, though we care more about drive than credentials
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first 30 days, you will have completed onboarding, learned our solutions and client base, started your first outreach cadences, and booked your first qualified meetings.
By 90 days, you will be consistently hitting your meeting targets, running discovery calls with support, and actively contributing to pipeline. Your CRM will be clean, your activity levels high, and your feedback loops fast.
By 6 to 12 months, you will have demonstrated readiness to progress to Business Development Manager, running your own full-cycle deals, contributing to closed placements,... For full info follow application link.
