The Identity Management (IDM) Analyst is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the community college’s user identity lifecycle across students, faculty, and staff. This position supports authentication, authorization, and access provisioning for both on-premises and cloud systems, ensuring that all members of the campus community receive the right access to resources at the right time. Working collaboratively as part of the Information Security team, the IDM Analyst maintains the systems, automation, and controls that connect the college’s key platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Microsoft 365, D2L Brightspace, and other academic and administrative systems. The position also plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with FERPA, GLBA, and institutional security policies.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.
