highly complex M&A environments.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\n * Strong experience leading IT M&A programs, including integrations, carve-outs, divestitures, separations, migrations, and enterprise deployments.\n * Typically brings 12+ years of program or project leadership experience within complex enterprise environments.\n * Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and functions.\n * Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.\n * Strong background overseeing budgets, resources, vendors, risks, timelines, and governance activities.\n * Expertise delivering enterprise-wide implementations and technology transformation initiatives.\n * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery approaches and modern IT delivery practices.\n * Familiarity with software development, operations, service management, and technology lifecycle processes.\n * Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n * Experience supporting globally distributed teams and international business operations.\n * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.\nNice to Have\n\n * PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable project delivery certifications.\n * Spanish language proficiency.\n * Experience leading cloud, infrastructure, enterprise application, ERP, or HR technology programs.\n * Exposure to digital transformation, modernization, and large-scale platform implementations.\n * Experience
