Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience required.
Previous experience as a material handler, warehouse associate, dock worker, shipping and receiving associate, or production worker preferred.
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
Job Duties
Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
Follow company procedures for handling materials and products.
Support warehouse operations and complete additional projects as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Equipment Operator.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
