Job Details

Responsible for creating and modifying functional design specifications to support the Workday and ADP payroll environments; design, develop, test and implement new business systems solutions and modified functionality as determined by the business; provide support for solution designs of business applications, emphasizing system performance and quality; participate in the facilitation of HR and benefits payroll systems and applications; migrate benefit applications and processes from EV5 to Workday; support the implementation of new and modify existing benefits programs and processes; utilize and apply knowledge of REST API-based integrations, Agile, DevOps, Unix, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle PL/SQL, C#, Jira, SAP, MS SQL Server, BPM platforms (Appian), and Azure to perform assigned tasks; translate complex business requirements into software design specifications and architecture; and partner with existing dedicated resources to provide support as required for all newly developed programs and processes.

Location: Troy, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;

Salary: $128,003 per year (Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD/LTD, life insurance, and EAP)

Education: Bachelors – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, Computer Applications, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).

Training: None

Experience: Four (4) years in the position above, as a Solution Architect, as a Senior Systems Analyst, as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.
