Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Hastings, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in Aluminum TIG welding, but we are willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for welding, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on Aluminum materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Skills Needed:
- Experience in TIG welding preferred, especially with Aluminum.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with welding equipment maintenance.
