At Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab, we're looking for Dining Services Aides who understand that hospitality is an important part of exceptional resident care.
As a Dining Services Aide, you'll play an important role in the daily lives of our residents. You'll help prepare dining areas, deliver meals, serve residents according to their dietary needs and preferences, and create welcoming dining experiences that promote both nutrition and quality of life.
You'll be part of a team dedicated to ensuring every resident feels respected, cared for, and supported during one of the most important parts of their day.
Most importantly, you'll help turn everyday meals into meaningful experiences.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
You'll help residents enjoy meals that are served with care, accuracy, and attention to their individual preferences and dietary needs.
You'll play an important role in the overall dining experience, helping ensure meals are served accurately, efficiently, and with attention to each resident's individual needs.
You'll serve residents in dining rooms, helping create a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the work of the healthcare team.
You'll help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment that supports resident comfort, safety, and enjoyment.
You'll work alongside cooks, dietary team members, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure residents receive excellent service every day.
You'll have opportunities to build relationships with residents and become a familiar, friendly face they look forward to seeing.
Some days you'll be helping prepare breakfast service and greeting residents as they begin their day. Other days you'll be assisting with lunch or dinner service, sharing a smile with a resident, or working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous dining services, food service, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
