This role will support the firm's high-volume M&A activity by leading compensation strategy, integration, governance, and execution for newly acquired partner firms. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of compensation expertise, financial analysis capabilities, and experience supporting M&A transactions within financial services. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more! * Bachelor's degree, required. * 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions, required. * Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis, required. * Experience within wealth management, financial services, asset management, or a related industry, required. * Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs, required. * Remote position, EST or MDT required. The salary for this role is $130K-$150K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
