As a Pediatric Behavioral Technician, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, hands-on support to children receiving behavioral health care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment
- Assist with daily activities and personal care as needed
- Participate in patient programming and treatment goals
- Support crisis prevention and de-escalation
- Observe and document patient progress
- Teach and reinforce coping, social and daily living skills
What We’re Looking For
- Six months of post-high school education in behavioral sciences preferred
- CNA certification or 1–2 years of college preferred
- Compassionate, dependable and passionate about supporting children and families
