Oversee SAP system performance across ECC, S/4HANA, GRC, Fiori, and cloud platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and business impact. Conduct regular SAP infrastructure health checks and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability, performance benchmarks, and operational readiness. Provide SAP Basis and Security administration, including user access governance, role management, certificate renewals, IP whitelisting, and third-party system integrations. Perform root cause analysis for system incidents and lead permanent corrective actions, offering on call support during critical events, upgrades, and go live milestones. Collaborate with business, IT, and security stakeholders to translate technical requirements into compliant SAP solutions while mitigating access and audit risks. Establish and enforce SAP documentation standards, maintaining comprehensive and up to date technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Support SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes including SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and SaaS integrations, ensuring secure connectivity and reliable operations. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders, enabling effective decision making and smooth cross functional collaboration. Telecommute permitted. Salary range: $150,000 - $188,900 per year.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Informatics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
Position requires experience or education in each of the following skills:
- SAP Basis and HANA Administration;
- S/4HANA Implementations, Conversions and Upgrades;
- SAP Cloud and BTP Technologies;
- System Architecture, HA/DR and Performance Optimization; and
