POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Packing line feeders are tasked with breaking down cartons of tickets in sequential order to be put on the automation line. They must work as a team to keep up with the pace of the automated finishing line and move/organize ticket racks and crates to ensure that the product is in the correct order once it’s placed on the conveyor belt.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Moving and locating racks/crates of folded lottery tickets to the production area of the Packing Line for the finishing process
• Unloading the slabs of tickets from the racks/crates and supplying them onto the Packing Line
• Breaking down full slabs of tickets into individual layers (or slabs – “slabbing”)
• Maintaining and managing the Slab O’Matic scanner for sequential operation while loading the

Packing Line

• Participates in all job-related safety training and personally complies with all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable to continuously lift 35 lbs. and push/pull 20 lbs. of force
• Able to identify numbers and put them in sequential order
• Able to work Quad, 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time during shift hours
• Able to work as part of a team and take direction from peers and supervisors
• Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Must maintain good attendance
