Claims Processor
Location: Allen Park, Michigan (Onsite)
Role Overview
Member Services Representatives help people understand and navigate health insurance reimbursement claims when they need support. We are looking for empathetic, solution-oriented professionals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering service. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer needs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Service experience in retail or a service-oriented role.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in a multi-system environment.
- Basic internet and web-based application skills.
- Typing speed of 35 wpm.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Work Schedule & Location
Scheduling flexibility is required. Employees will be scheduled to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Start and end times may vary based on client and operational needs. This is an on-premises position and cannot be performed remotely.
