What's been missing is a platform that treats career development like the continuous, non-linear journey it actually is. \n\nCome help us prove that when you build infrastructure around people-not just jobs-everyone wins!\n\nSUMMARY: Our Content Producer Intern will join our Work Based Learning team and support production of our video series while learning the ins and outs of Tallo.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\n\n * Video Editing: Support our Work Based Learning team by editing the content from our Real Careers, Real Journeys video series, providing quick turnaround time and learning the aspects of proper video production.\n\n * Marketing Assistance: Join the Marketing team and shadow marketing professionals while also assisting in ad hoc projects and adding your own thoughts to our overall marketing strategy.\n\n * Collaborate With Us: Attend weekly check-ins, join brainstorming sessions, and maybe some events.\n\n * Creative Direction: Come up with ideas for videos and help us redesign our video experience and strategy while also testing concepts for reusable content.\n\n * On-Camera Presence: Host, present, conduct interviews, and engage with audience during live and recorded events. \n\n * Other Stuff: Help out with other projects such as hosting video sessions, writing video scripts, scheduling, etc.\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.\n\nWHAT YOU NEED:\n\n * Minimum high school diploma (or its equivalency i.e GED)\n\n * Experience editing video content (your own accounts, a club's page, or helping a business. YouTube's a plus!)\n\n * Good communication (writing and talking)\n\n * Basic familiarity with Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)\n\n * Can create a Tallo account and use it\n\n * Ability to work 10-20 hours a week\n\n * Ability to clear a required background check.\n\nWHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:\n\n * Enjoy editing - You actually like video editing, edit for personal projects, and have an eye for the craft\n\n * Looking to learn - You're ready to pick up and learn new video editing tools to add to your skillset\n\n * Self-motivated - You can work on projects independently but know when to ask for help\n\n * You're organized - You can keep track of deadlines and projects without everything falling apart\n\n * Team player - You show up for weekly meetings and brainstorms\n\n * Care about helping people - You like the idea of creating content that actually helps teens and young adults\n\n * Reliable - When you commit to a deadline, you meet it (or let us know early if you need help)\n\nWHAT YOU'LL GET:\n\n * Paid experience - You'll get hands-on work experience with our Work Based Learning team, Marketing team, and others while being paid for your efforts\n\n * Mentorship - You'll be paired with a mentor, a manager, and have weekly team and one-on-one meetings with our early talent development leader to provide a robust support system.\n\n * Learning environment - You'll get the opportunity to learn on the job and learn new platforms, tools, and skills to help further your development.\n\n * Impactful projects - You won't be given busy work. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections.\n\nWe anticipate this position will pay $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
