Position Summary
First National Bank & Trust is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teller at our Iron River branch. The Bank Teller serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while accurately processing a variety of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors.
• Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services.
• Promote bank products and services that meet customer needs.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous banking, retail, cash handling, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
