Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At Pine Rest, you’ll use your behavioral expertise to help individuals build skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful progress. You’ll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, developing individualized interventions, supporting caregivers and staff, and using behavioral data to guide care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior plans.
- Develop programming focused on skill development, independence, and positive outcomes.
- Provide coaching and training to staff, caregivers, and support teams.
- Monitor behavioral interventions and use data to evaluate progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality patient care.
- Promote dignity, inclusion, and meaningful progress for the individuals we serve.
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Two years of experience as a behavior analyst or related experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software.
