Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, computer science, statistics, information technology, business administration, information systems/management, or science with an emphasis in research and analysis or a bachelor’s degree in another area but holds relevant work experience in data analytics.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive rapport amongst peers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working in an enterprise resource planning (ERP system) or database.
- 3+ years of experience in institutional research or data analysis.
- Prior work experience with processing detailed information.
- Understanding of accreditation processes in higher education.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R programming languages.
