Job Description
Job Title: MACHINE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Duties:
Maintains, installs, and repairs a variety of machine tools and equipment
Tear down damaged or defective units
May replace or repair worn or damaged parts or components and reassemble
May perform some machining on replacement parts or may do electrical troubleshooting and repairs on CNC, manual or other plant machines
Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, machines, mobile equipment
Assists Machine Repair and Mobile Equipment Mechanic as necessary
May perform minor minor building maintenance including but not limited to Light Electrical, Plumbing, Cement Work, etc.
5 - 10 years experience manual boring, CNC Milling or Lathe Machines
