JOB DESCRIPTION:
The person in this position serves as an integral member of the Nursing Program leadership team by coordinating clinical education activities, supporting student success initiatives, and assisting with program operations. This position is responsible for coordinating clinical placements and regulatory compliance, developing and implementing student success strategies to improve retention, progression, and NCLEX success, and providing administrative support for accreditation, assessment, recruitment, and special projects. The position works collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, nursing faculty, clinical partners, and Student Services to ensure excellence in program operations and student outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, possession or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in Michigan, and two years of nursing experience, preferably at the community college level, are required.
