University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to our clients in a home care setting, ensuring their health and comfort while supporting their independence. Its a full time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and health maintenance.
- Document patient care by accurately recording observations and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide education and support.
- Follow established protocols and safety procedures to ensure high quality care.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
- Previous experience in nursing or home care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Livonia, MI.
