Turning Leaf Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dependable Facilities & Property Maintenance Specialist to maintain our residential homes and support the individuals we serve. Every day brings something different—from repairing drywall and plumbing to preventative maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, landscaping, and preparing homes for new residents.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on residential properties
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, heating, cooling, and boiler systems
- Complete drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance, and general building repairs
- Repair toilets, faucets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures
- Perform landscaping, snow removal, and general grounds maintenance
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using Buildium
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Perform routine company vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and basic upkeep
- Help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents and staff

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of facilities, maintenance, construction, or property maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, drywall, carpentry, appliances, and general repairs
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Valid Michigan driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening, post-offer physical, and TB testing
Preferred
- Residential or multi-family property maintenance experience
- Landscaping and snow removal experience
- Familiarity with Buildium
- Knowledge of Michigan building and fire codes, Fair Housing requirements, MDHHS licensing requirements, and CARF standards
- Own basic maintenance tools
