Schedule: Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year of program management experience (coursework considered)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Job Duties
Support vehicle development programs by identifying applicable safety and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into project plans
Develop and maintain compliance and regulatory plans
Track documentation, testing, and approval activities throughout the product lifecycle
Monitor progress toward key program milestones and identify potential compliance risks
Support global certification and regulatory approval processes
Provide compliance status updates and risk assessments to program stakeholders
