Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Rate: Up to $40.25 - 41.08/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start (100% Onsite)

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is a plus
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of project coordination, manufacturing, engineering, or prototype build experience
Experience in automotive, battery, or product development environments preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
Coordinate prototype battery pack assembly builds and schedules
Manage bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation
Monitor inventory and material availability to prevent build delays
Support assembly, testing, rework, and validation activities
Track build progress, document issues, and drive resolution efforts
Maintain build records and coordinate shipment of completed assemblies
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, testing, and program teams
Physical Capabilities
Ability to work onsite in both office and manufacturing environments
Ability to move throughout production and build areas as needed
Occasional local travel to testing facilities or warehouses
