Ambient Recruiting is partnered with a growing company in South Haven, MI who is looking to hire qualified individuals for general labor work. The company is a proud supplier of tarp systems for dump trucks, trailers, complete tarp systems, replacement parts, and heavy-duty tarps. The candidate will perform general labor duties, use measure tape, cut tarp, pre-assemble jobs in various departments, and more.
General Labor Benefits:

General Labor Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and cut all material for tarps
- Read and interpret drawings for custom tarp designs
- Setting up, operating and tending drill press machine
- Package daily orders
- Create custom pieces for special orders
- Measure, weigh, and package orders; ensure proper paperwork is included in package
- Ability to read, write, perform simple arithmetic, accurately measure
- Sew all regular and custom tarps; integrate webbing and reinforcement to tarp as required
- Accurately track daily sewing workload
- Add labels, grommets, and other accessories to tarps
- Deliver finished tarp to shipping
- Other related duties as assigned
General Labor Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, perform simple arithmetic, and measure accurately
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and maintain quality, safety, standards
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate channels
