This person will own advertising strategy, manage key industry partnerships, and help drive revenue growth through programmatic advertising initiatives. This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who enjoys owning a function, building relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities. Must have digital publishing maxmizing revenue experience. What You'll Do * Own and manage the company's programmatic advertising strategy across web and mobile platforms. * Drive advertising revenue by optimizing existing partnerships and identifying new monetization opportunities. * Manage relationships with ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, demand partners, publishers, and other advertising vendors. * Work closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Business teams to align advertising initiatives with company goals. * Help evaluate, implement, and optimize new advertising technologies and partners. * Monitor ad performance and provide recommendations to improve results and increase revenue. * Manage external partners and outsourced teams supporting advertising operations. * Serve as the internal expert on ad operations and programmatic advertising. * Keep leadership informed on industry trends, partnership opportunities, and key business developments. * Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships within the advertising ecosystem. Must-Have Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Publisher Revenue, or Digital Advertising. * Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad networks, and demand partners. * Experience developing advertising strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth. * Experience supporting advertising across mobile apps, mobile web, and/or digital publishing environments. * Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with advertising partners and vendors. * Experience working with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders on advertising initiatives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
