Jim's Music is seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and has a passion for music. Knowledge of musical instruments, equipment, or music-related products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting musical instruments, accessories, and related products.
- Answer questions about products and make recommendations based on customer needs.
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Help promote store sales, special events, and new product arrivals.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- High School Diploma required.
Schedule
- Part-time position.
- Some evenings and weekends may be required.
