Outside Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow business within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building relationships with general contractors, commercial clients, and retail partners while promoting a portfolio of residential and commercial building products. This is a highly visible field-based role requiring regular customer visits, prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, and account management activities. Representatives will be responsible for maintaining CRM records, pre-planning sales activities, managing territory budgets, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business and grow existing customer relationships within an assigned territory Conduct in-person sales meetings, job site visits, and customer presentations Follow up on provided leads and actively prospect for new opportunities Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM Achieve territory sales goals and performance metrics Qualifications: Outside sales experience, preferably within construction, building materials, insulation, roofing, distribution, or a related industry Strong relationship-building and business development skills Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote and travel-based environment CRM experience preferred (Salesforce or similar) Compensation: Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000 On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000+ Comprehensive 8-week training program provided This position is primarily field based with flexibility to work remotely and access company office locations as needed.
